Defer to next year: We’ll give you 90% of your entry in the form of a credit through BikeReg towards next year’s Derby.

No Refunds will be given after August 15th.

Or

Defer to next year: We’ll give you 75% of your entry in the form of a credit through BikeReg towards next year’s Derby.

Solo category entires can be transferred to another solo category rider as long as the category is still open for registration and not sold out.

Solo category transfers can be made directly through the BikeReg platform.

All transfers will incur a $10 transfer fee.

2-person and 4-person team entries cannot be transferred, however teams can edit the information of their team riders until registration closes.

Active duty and military personnel who are deployed or recalled may be refunded or defer at no cost. Proof of deployment or recall is required.

No refunds on services fees, donations or merchandise.

Fees may vary on select events.

Deferral credits are only good for the following year and will expire after that.

No refunds on transactions over 365 days.
